Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting outbound calls to potential customers in Hindi to promote our products and services
2. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients through excellent communication skills
3. Achieving sales targets by effectively pitching our products and overcoming objections
4. Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
5. Keeping accurate records of interactions with customers in our database
6. Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
7. Staying updated on product knowledge and sales strategies to effectively promote our brand

1. The candidate must be available for 3–4 hours between 9 AM and 8 PM
2. The candidate must be able to do a minimum of 70–80 cold calls per day
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (25% of sale).
