1. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions and preparing new hire paperwork.
2. Update employee records and maintain HR databases using MS-Excel and MS-Word.
3. Assist with employee relations activities, including conducting exit interviews and addressing employee inquiries.
5. Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management reviews and employee engagement surveys.
6. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, drafting communications, and organizing HR events.
