Telecalling Internship

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our products and services.
2. Handling inbound calls from customers to address their queries and provide assistance.
3. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our database.
4. Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to generate leads and drive sales.
6. Participating in training sessions to improve your communication and sales skills.
7. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:
1. 12th Pass or Any Graduate
2. Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
