Account Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer relationship management: Account managers need to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understand customer needs and expectations through regular communication, and provide timely support and services
2. Business Development: Responsible for exploring new business opportunities to expand the customer base or increase the frequency of purchases by existing customers through cross-selling or upselling products and services
3. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer data to identify sales opportunities and potential market risks
4. Problem Solving: Serving as a bridge between customers and the company, account managers are required to resolve any issues or challenges customers encounter, including issues with products or services, delivery delays, etc.
5. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms with customers to ensure that the interests of both parties are met
6. Project Management: Manage client-related projects to ensure projects are completed on time and budget and meet or exceed client expectations
7. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales and customer service reports to superiors to analyze customer satisfaction and business development trends
8. Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and technical support to provide the services and solutions our customers need
