Business Development Associate Fresher Job

We are a company in the deep learning space. Our primary product caters to the UPSC (IAS/ IPS) examination. The role is to assist the organization's sales and growth efforts. Contributing to new customer acquisition (students, aspirants). You should be quick to understand the context of a student's preparation. Assess his/her learning patterns, pitch relevant courses, and make a sale.

Key responsibilities:

1. Build an empathetic connection with the student community at large
2. Understand their motivations levers
3. Make cold/filtered leads calls and establish course relevance and the sale
4. Maintain knowledge of all course and service offerings of the company
5. Understand the core differentiators among the competitors in the same industry
6. Inform & incorporate the management & the users about them to increase sales volume
